Koderka Website Privacy Policy
Effective
This policy covers the website koderka.com: reading it, the contact form, emails to support@koderka.com and the newsletter. Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from the app’s page.
Who I am
#The controller of your personal data is Koderka Łukasz Nawrocki, Adama Logi 17/1, 60-134 Poznań, Poland, NIP 7792359653. Koderka is the name I publish my apps under. You can reach me at support@koderka.com.
What I collect and why
#The contact form and emails to support
#When you send a message through the contact form, I receive your email address, your name if you give it, the topic you chose, your message, the page you sent it from and the time. When you write to support@koderka.com directly, I receive your email: your email address, your name as your email shows it, your message, anything you attach and the time.
- Purpose: to answer you.
- Legal basis: my legitimate interest in answering messages, and steps you ask me to take (Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- How long: in my mailbox until the matter is closed, and for up to 2 years after that.
The newsletter
#When you subscribe, I keep your email address, the time you confirmed and the page you signed up on.
- Purpose: to send you an email when I publish a new post.
- Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You confirm it with the link in the confirmation email.
- How long: until you unsubscribe. I then delete your address within 30 days. If you never confirm, your address isn’t added to the list; it stays only in the email service’s record of the confirmation email it sent.
The newsletter is for people aged 16 or over.
Page views
#The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts page views in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you. I can see how many people read a page, not who they are.
- Legal basis: my legitimate interest in knowing which pages people read (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- How long: Cloudflare keeps the aggregated counts under its own retention rules; I keep no copies.
The spam check
#The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser and connection for this check. Turnstile loads only when you start filling in a form.
- Legal basis: my legitimate interest in keeping the forms free of spam (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- How long: only for the check; I receive a pass or fail result, not the data.
Form protection
#To stop floods of messages, the site counts form submissions per IP address for one minute. When a form is used, the site’s log records which form, the outcome, any error code, the email service’s message ID and a short code derived from your email address (the first 8 characters of its SHA-256 hash), never your message or full address.
- Legal basis: my legitimate interest in running and protecting the forms (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- How long: the counters reset after a minute; the logs are kept by Cloudflare for a few days.
Server logs
#Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps technical logs of requests (such as IP address, time and the page requested) to run and protect the service.
- Legal basis: my legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- How long: for the short time Cloudflare keeps them; I don’t keep copies.
